My name is Dr. Zead Mustafa , I received My Bachelor degree of Mathematics from Mu’tah University –Jordan in 1997 and My Master degree of Mathematics from Al al-Bayet University-Jordan in 2000. I obtained my PhD of Mathematics from Newcastle University – Australia in 2005,  I awarded the outstanding postgraduate (research) student achievement in 2004 from Newcastle University.

In 2006, I joined the department of Mathematics at The Hashemite University as Assistant Professor and in 2011 I promoted to Associate Professor.

In 2012, joined Department of Mathematics, Statistics and Physics at Qatar University as Associate Visiting professor. but in 2013 I joined the Department of Mathematics, Statistics and Physics at Qatar University as Associate professor.
in 2019 I promoted to Professor of Mathematics at Department of Mathematics, Statistics and Physics at Qatar University.

My main research interest in the area of Metric space, Generalized metric spaces and fixed point theorems with their applications, I have more than 77 published papers in this area
