I believe that teaching is a two-way process that provides student with knowledge and enable them to be a part of the learning process as well. Enabling them to be self-dependents where they can get the information, make sense of it and use in their future as well. Interaction with is a key component in conveying the information.  I always encourage and invoke them to participate. Understanding the concepts is very important and linking that with real industrial examples enforce the comprehension. Having good relations with the students is another aspect that I invest on; because our role exceeds being only teachers (conveyers of knowledge/ information) and can help the student at various levels. If the student feels that we can act as their friends, he/she becomes more involved and interested in the topic. I also tries to emphasize on enjoyment experience during studying to encourage the students to have a better time.
