My research interests are in catalyst development for different applications. During my PhD, I worked on the synthesis of catalytic materials for the abatement of NOX gases and its conversion into nitrogen before being released to atmosphere. Currently, I work on CO2 conversion and utilization as well as the development of polymers and complex fluids for petroleum engineering applications. My specific research interest in upstream applications include scale removal and inhibition in oil and gas wells using green formulations. My research interests could be summarized as follows:

  • Catalysis in environmental applications
  • CO2 conversion
  • Green polymers for upstream processes
