As a researcher, I enjoy lab work, I know the importance of reading other scientists’ work, I always want to learn new techniques, and I enjoy brainstorming and discussions to make an experiment work.

My latest active work include but not limited to developing a novel plant extract active as antimicrobial agent using plant extract. I have been also involved in In vivo analysis to show the efficacy of plant extracts in extending fruits and vegetables shelf-lives and in maintaining their storage parameters.
