Teaching is not a job; it is a science and art of delivering knowledge. The person who in charge of the process should be in passion with teaching. Teaching is not mastering knowledge only; it is the art and science of influencing others. The instructor is a role model and a leader for his students, according; he should have a vision, impressive personality, and fair. The instructor should establish a clear psychological contract with his student at the beginning of each semester, and he should publish these expectations through all available channels in order to reach all students.

Teaching is not limited with the required texts or sources of the course, these sources are guides for students. It is crucial to learn students how to find the required knowledge and how to create it, to support this purpose, different sources of knowledge should be utilized as journals, texts, websites, cases ..etc. further, the students should be motivated to criticize these sources. Moreover, different teaching and evaluation strategies should be adopted to enrich the courses content. The relationship with students is a lifelong relationship; the teacher should try to support his students in their career life.
