Yaseen Al-Janadi, is an Associate Professor of Accountign at the Department of Accounting and Information Systems, Qatar University, Qatar. He obtained a PhD from Universiti Techonolgi MARA.  His research interests include Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability Reporting, Transparency and Disclosure and Risk Management. He has published in the area of Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibilities, Voluntary Disclosure, and Risk Management, and onwership strucutre in journals such as International Journal of Disclosure and Governance, Managerial Auditing Journal, Journal of Risk and Financial Management, Corporate Governance: The International Journal of Business and Society, Social Responsibility Journal, Journal of International Business and Entrepreneurship, and Malaysian Accounting Review, He has published currently few papers using meta-analysis techniques. Dr. Al-Janadi severed a leadership in associations such as President of Scientific Accounting Association in Qatar from 2018 to 2020.
