Current Research Activity:

I am a member of a team studying:

1- The Nano-Geomechanics of Qatari Carbonate Reservoirs (Project No. NPRP11S-0109-180241).

2- The Rate of Hydrocarbon Recovery from Carbonaceous Shales (Project No. NPRP12S-0305-190235).

Both projects are funded by Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF), and run in cooperation with The Department of Petroleum Engineering at University of Houston, Texas, U.S.A.

3- Terrestrial Ecology of Qatar

A project funded by Ministry of Environment and Climate Change [MOECC – Qatar].
