• Teaching advanced statistics, psychometrics, Item Response Theory, assessment, and Educational psychology courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Providing training workshops and consultations for research/educational institutions, especially in test development and advanced statistical advanced analysis.
  • Designing and planning research projects in education and managing expert teams working on complex tasks.
  • Developing and managing large-scale assessment studies.
  • Classical and modern statistical theories and models, including Item Response Theory and item banks’ development.
  • Using programs such as PARSCALE, BILOG-MG, WINSTEPS, RUMM, IRTPro, Xcalibre, ITEMAN, FastTest, iIB, IBMP, Assessment Gourmet, LISREL, FACETS, etc. Also skilled in SPSS, R, and SAS syntax programming and programming with Microsoft VBA and Microsoft VB.Net  platforms for educational and assessment purposes.
  • Manage work teams effectively and work effectively as a team member.
  • Mastering general-purpose software: Windows, Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, Publisher, FrontPage, Viso), SQL Server, MySQL (Holder of ICDL), and other specific purposes software, e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash Macromedia, and InDesign.
  • High level of presentation skills in both Arabic and English languages.
