As Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at the College of Pharmacy, Qatar University (2021–2023), Dr. Muna Al-Ismail provided strategic leadership in advancing student engagement, academic success, and professional development. Her tenure was defined by initiatives that strengthened the student learning environment, promoted wellness, and enhanced leadership capacity. She worked collaboratively with faculty, students, and institutional partners to foster engagement and ensure students were equipped to thrive both academically and personally. Through a student-centered approach, Dr. Al-Ismail emphasized mentorship, empowerment, and professionalism, advancing the College’s mission to graduate competent, confident, and socially responsible pharmacists who contribute meaningfully to the health and well-being of their communities. Under her guidance, students were encouraged to participate in professional activities, contribute to the College’s visibility, and take an active role in shaping their educational experience.
