محمد الزعارير، دكتوراه في فلسفة التاريخ من الجامعة الأردنية، التحق بجامعة قطر عام 2015م وتتركز اهتماماته التدريسية والبحثية في مواضيع الكتابات التاريخية والتاريخ الاجتماعي والثقافي والسياسي لبلدان الخليج العربي في العصر الحديث، ونشر العديد من الأبحاث وصدر له من الكتب عام 1997م إمارة آل رشيد في حائل وفي 2018م المؤرخون في الجزيرة العربية، وشارك بتأليف واصدار الموسوعة العلمية لمنطقة تبوك في 12 مجلدًا عام 2018م وفي العام 2022 صدر له كتاب تشكُّل الهوية في قطر.

Mohammad Alzarir, Ph.D. in Philosophy of History from the University of Jordan, joined Qatar university in 2015. Teaching and research interests are primarily the historical writings and the social, cultural, and political history of the Arab Gulf region in the modern era. He has published many research papers. He published his book “Emirate of Al Rashid in Hail” in 1997 and “Historians in the Arabian Peninsula” and co-authored and published “Scientific Encyclopedia of Tabuk” in 12 volumes in 2018.
