Short Biography

Leila Gastli is currently a Lab Instructor/Teaching Assistant of Computer engineering at Qatar University. She received her master’s degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETHZ) in Biomedical engineering (2020). She was a graduate student researcher at the Computer Vision Lab in ETH as well as the MR Technology and Methods Lab. She worked in several multidisciplinary projects. Her research interests include medical imaging, computer vision and signal processing.

In 2018, Leila graduated from Qatar University with a BSc. in Electrical Engineering with a High Distinction Award. She was an active IEEE member where she was the secretary then the vice chair of QU IEEE Student Branch.
