2020 – 2021 Students Affairs Division Dean at CCQ:

• Set up a strategy to ensure students services are provided properly during the
  pandemic according to a timeline and in accordance with the College’s Strategic
  Plan.
• Set up a partnership with Mada to launch the assistive technology station to support
  students with special needs
• Set up the policies and procedures to review the students at risk standing and to
  make sure they receive the proper support to their success
• Chaired the Student Academic Issues Committee that reviewed all students’
  complaints and grade appeals.
• Set up the Student Disciplinary Committee and oversaw the committee’s work.
• Set up the budget for the Student Affairs Division to ensure the smooth operations
  of the different departments at the Division.

2019 – 2020 Science & Technology Division Dean at CCQ

• Provided the VP with recommendations to assign department chairs for the Division
• Followed up on class schedules and examinations schedules set up
• Reviewed the annual performance evaluation of the faculty and Department Chairs
  in the Division
• Made recommendations for the academic recruitment needs
• Presented a proposal to initiate the Data Analytics program to be offered by CCQ
• Set up the Division Strategy in accordance with the College’s Strategic Plan and
  oversaw the departments’ plans alignment with the Division’s
• Set up committees at the Division level to run the academic processes within the
  Division in collaboration with the relevant parties at the College.

2018 – 2019 Associate Dean for Academic & Students Affairs at CCQ

• Established the committee system with roles and responsibilities across the
  departments in the College.
• Set up the Common Examinations conducting policies and procedures
• Oversaw the Common Examinations process to ensure the general guidelines are
  followed and to eliminate the cheating cases at CCQ
  • Chaired multiple committees at the college to developed diverse policies and
    procedures, for example Academic Recruitment, Teaching Load, Annual
    Performance Evaluation, Course Scheduling, Books Purchasing, and Final Common
    Exams to name a few
