I am Dr. Dhafer Malouche, currently a Professor of Statistics at Qatar University. I obtained my Ph.D. in Statistics and Applied Mathematics from Paul Sabatier University in France and have held positions at universities in Tunisia. In 2021-2022, I was also a Professor of Statistics at the American University in Cairo. In addition to my teaching and research duties, I have also been a visiting scholar at several prestigious institutions in North America as a Fulbright Scholar, including Stanford University, Yale University, and the University of Michigan. My research interests include graphical models, public health, COVID-19, research and development, well-being, survey methodology, data quality, and consumer preferences. I have authored numerous papers on these and other topics in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including social scientists, epidemiologists, and genetics researchers.
