The funding supports my research on <strong>Arabic Language Technologies<\/strong>, and highlights Google\u2019s growing commitment to fostering academic research excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to all my students and members of my research group (bigIR) over more than 13 years, without whom (and their work and dedication) I wouldn&#8217;t receive such research award. It&#8217;s indeed a recognition of all their hard work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Focusing research on our Arabic language is always a pleasure, a blessing and an honor. It&#8217;s also a great bounty of ALLAH.
