Yassir Al Iftaihat, PhD (France), LLM (Iraq), LLB (Iraq)

Dr. Yassir Al Iftaihat is an Associate Professor in Private Law. He holds a PhD degree from Université Lumière Lyon 2 (France), an LLM and a bachelor degrees from the University of Mosul (Iraq). His areas of interest are: health law, real estate law, environmental law and contract law. He has published a number of articles in prestigious peer-reviewed journals. He has previously taught at Al Ghurair University (UAE), Imam Malik College for Sharia and Law (UAE), University of Mosul (Iraq) and the Department of Legal Management Techniques (Nineveh/Iraq). He is also a registered lawyer at the Iraqi Bar Association.
