  • Ensure high quality ECD programming>
  • Ongoing supervision, leadership, training and technical support and guidance to all program staff;
  • Prepare and maintain/update detailed work plan(s) that support and achieve the overall grant timeline and completion date;
  • Provide direction and monitor staff in their implementation of the workplan and quality of technical activities, share relevant information and direction to improve quality and achieve timelines.
  • Ensure that the program is implemented according to schedule and budget and that project objectives are met.;
  • Write regular field reports including progress against targets, all implementation details and challenges;
  • Undertake/participate in liaison, coordination, and information sharing activities with national NGOs, international organizations, donors and government at the governorate level;
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders including community leaders and other implementing partners at the governorate level.

  • Tailoring, planning and implementing six curricular programs related to Career Counseling, Community service, Leadership, and After school activities programs,

  • Building the capacity of the school team to implement students’ programs,

  • Contributing in establishing Social Development department strategical planning,

  • Managing/coordinating ten developmental projects on the local, national and international levels.
  1. Women and media in the Euromed, Project coordinator, international project, funded by the European commission, aiming to reduce digital divide in women’s participation in media, in countries around the Mediterranean Sea, December 2009 till August 2011.
  2. Entertainment activities for working Children, Project Manager, funded by ILO-IPEC, to ensure recreational activities for working children, June 2009 -till June 2011
  3. Stairs of Change project, phase I and II, Project Manager, local project, funded by the Italian cooperation office within the Italian embassy, for citizenship promoting and peace building, Dahr El Mogher and Namleh areas, Tripoli, April 2009 accomplished in December 2010.
  4. Promoting Women Entrepreneurships, Project Manager, local project, funded by Middle East Partnership Initiative MEPI, for women empowerment on the social and economical level, November 2009 accomplished in October 2010.
  5. Entertainment and Educational Mobile Center, Project Manager, local project, funded by the Council of Development and Reconstruction CDR, aiming at providing entertainment opportunities for children in most deprived regions in North Lebanon, august 2005 accomplished in 2006.

  1. Haretna Center, funded by Safadi Foundation, aiming at revitalizing the old neighborhood in Tripoli, from February 2005 till Sep 2011.
  2. Community Based Academy for Women Empowerment (CBAWE), funded by the British Embassy, aiming at empowering vulnerable women in North Lebanon on the personal, social and political level, January 2006 till Sep 2011.
  3. Shababouna Center, Program Manager, funded in partnership with Tripoli municipality, aiming at preventing vulnerable youth from risks of delinquency, January 2007 till Sep 2011.
  4. Mother and Child Health Care Center, funded in collaboration with Orange Nasso Hospital, for health awareness and promotion, June 2008 till December 2009.
  5. Women’s prison, funded partially by Safadi Foundation, aiming at empowering and integrating incarcerated women in North Lebanon, with “Dar El Amal” Association, Mars 2008 till Sep 2011
