DR. Yasmine is an Assistant Professor of Social Work in Qatar University, having more than 18 years of experience in Teaching Social work, designing curriculum in Public and Private Universities in the Middle East.

Dr. Yasmine is a compassionate social worker committed to promoting social work practices among students and guiding to ensuring best quality of service among beneficiaries.

Her main focus is social development, with an expertise in social and educational programming.

Her practical experience comes with over 20 years of field work in working with diverse vulnerable populations, including prisoners, refugees, socially and economically deprived populations, from all age categories. She is passionate about proposal writting, designing and managing programs that aim to empower individuals and communities to overcome their critical circumstances and achieve their goals.

Dr. Yasmine journey in research is advancing, her current interest is in areas related to Volunteer work.
