Owner of this badge (link below) has successfully fulfilled all the requirements of the “Core Curriculum Certificate in Teaching” Program offered by the Core Curriculum Program in partnership with the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL), Qatar University (QU) during March 31st-May 27th 2021. The Program targeted around 200 QU faculty members who are teaching Core Curriculum courses. The Program consisted of (4) synchronous sessions and (3) asynchronous modules designed to support instructors in implementing educational excellence themes (Learner-Centric, Digitally enriched and Entrepreneurial) in teaching. It also helped them use the best practices in assessing core curriculum courses’ learning outcomes. In addition, the Program introduced them to the philosophy of general education and the Core Curriculum Program’s objectives and features.
