Rima Charbaji El-Kassem is currently a research project manager at The Social & Economic Survey Research Institute (SESRI) – Qatar University. She earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration (2008) and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (2004) from the American University of Beirut. Her thesis entitled “Antecedents and Consequences of the Risk Taking Behaviour of Mobile Commerce Adoption in Lebanon,” was published in 2008 in Handbook of research on E-government readiness for Information and Service Exchange: Utilizing Progressive Information Communication Technologies, IGI Global, United States of America. She has worked for two credit rating agencies, Standard and Poors and FitchRatings, in London. She has also worked as a research analyst for the investment management department at Europe Arab bank in London.
