Dr. Ababneh, Associate Professor  of Management/HRM, holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management earned from Auckland University of Technology/New Zealand and a Master Degree of Human Resources Management obtained from University Utara Malaysia. His primary research interests include employee engagement, talent management, strategic HR, job satisfaction, job involvement, green HR, and leadership styles and competencies. Generally, his teaching and research interests include HR practices, strategic management, organizational agility, and work behaviors and attitudes.
