I am a committed Assistant Professor of HRM with over 8 years of teaching experience in academic institutions teaching students from various social and cultural backgrounds. • Teaching undergraduate and MBA papers related to general management and HRM (e.g. Principles of Management, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Compensation, and Training and Development, Performance Management, Labor
relaions).
• Preparing outcome-based curriculum and assessments in alignment with the school’s mission and vision.

• Supervising, advising, and tracking students’ progress while conducting their projects.
