“Nisreen Mahasneh is a professor in private law.  Her areas of interest are: contracts, tort, international trade, legal research and writing and legal clinics. She has published a number of articles and book chapters in Arabic and English at regional and international journals covering various aspects of contracts, Islamic jurisprudence, legal education besides three books on international trade, legal research and writing and finally Contract Law. Professor Nisreen was also a senior legal education specialist at the American Bar Association in Jordan. Finally professor Nisreen has participated in a number of regional and international conferences and carried out TOT seminars on the promotion of innovative legal education techniques.

Professor Nisreen holds an LLB and LLM degrees from the University of Jordan, and a Ph.D degree from the University of Aberdeen.”
