In my research lab, we seek new insights in the interplay between active pharmaceutical molecules and novel delivery systems, and how this interplay can be deployed for to achieve the highest possible therapeutic outcomes

 Key priorities include:

•Improved bioavailability of therapeutics through use of natural components for nano-formulation with emphasis on gastrointestinal drug delivery, including colon cancer nano-therapeutics

•Application of 3D printing technologies towards implementation of personalized medicines for chronically ill patients.
