Other research areas are <strong><em> ocean Biogeochemistry<\/em><\/strong>, <strong>Synthesis of Nanoparticles from Macro Algae<\/strong> <strong>and their applications<\/strong>. I Have presented my research works in more than 35 international conferences in <strong>nine<\/strong> different countries. Have secured various international awards and supports for my work from different international agencies and Institutes including AGU, SOLAS, Chinese Academy of Sciences, IAGS, GEOMAR, NZMSS and GRC. I have worked as guest scientist\/researcher in Isotrace research group, New Zealand as well as in GEOMAR, Kiel. Also worked as reviewer and editorial board member of various Research Journals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Research Projects<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feb 2011- 2015: <strong>PhD Project: <\/strong><em>\u201cOceanic Nitrous Oxide Distribution and Production: A Stable Isotopic Approach\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nov 09- Nov 10: <strong>M. Phil Project<\/strong>: <em>\u201cPhosphorus and inorganic geochemistry of core sediments of Central Indian Ocean Basin\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dec 08- Apr 09 <strong>M. &nbsp;Sc &nbsp;Project: &nbsp;<\/strong><em>\u201cHeavy &nbsp;metals &nbsp;distribution &nbsp;and &nbsp;organic &nbsp;pollution &nbsp;in the core and surficial sediments of Akkulam \u2013Veli lake\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\"><strong>Ongoing Project:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mullungal, M. N.
