Septembre 2022 – June 2025 : Researcher/Clinical Project Manager, Polytech Nantes, Nantes University

  • Coordinated the entire clinical trial (The assessment of executive functions using immersive and ecological virtual reality environments) process by recruiting and screening participants, training staff, communicating with patients, and delivering results.
  • Maintained consistency throughout every aspect of clinical trial, especially participant treatment and staff procedures.
  • Ensure complete compliance with all local guidelines dictating clinical trial standard practices.
  • Coordinated with team to prioritize all project activities and managed all communication with clinical department managers.

2021 – 2022: Member of the Admission Board the Bachelor in International Management and Grande Ecole Program – ESSCA School of Management

  • Interview students to understand their objectives and background.

2015 – 2020 : Clinical Neuropsychologist/Organizational Psychology Consultant

  • Created training presentations and exercises regarding competency models and competency mapping for clients
  • Improved employee performance through conducting staff training and seminars.
  • Facilitated team-building events, which resulted in increased organizational support due to actively cultivating relationships with participants and coordinating with team members.

2010 – 2015 : Research Engineer, Psychology Laboratory, Angers University

  • Assisted principal investigator (Professor Didier LE GALL) in developing new research project about tools use and activities of daily living (ADL) in normal children, older adults and patients suffering from dementia.
  • Coordinated and obtained the funding of three international research projects:
    • DUO Project (Dementia and the use of tools): Funded by the French National Research Agency – €133,000.
    • OVQ project (Tools and daily life): Funded by the Pays de La Loire Region – €456,000.
    • NEUROCOG-QOL project (Evaluation of executive and socio-cognitive functioning in primary brain tumors in children and adults: impact on the quality of life of patients and relatives): Funded by Cancéropôle du Grand Ouest (National Cancer Center) – €130,000.
  • Coordinated the program of exchange of the Mediterranean Office of Youth between the Faculty of Arts, Languages and Social Sciences (University of Angers) and the Faculty of Humanities, Tunis University (2011-2013).
  • Prepared the documents required by the Ethics Committee.

2001 – 2015 : Clinical Neuropsychologist/Clinical Research Associate (Neuropsychology Unit, Angers University Hospital Center)

  • Assessed cognitive abilities in areas such as attention and concentration, memory, language skills, visual-spatial perception, problem solving ability, executive functioning skills, emotional status, and behavioral issues related to neurological disorders or injury.
  • Provided clinical support to patients, families, and staff regarding diagnosis, prognosis, treatment options, and care planning for a variety of neurological conditions including stroke, TBI/PTA, dementia (Alzheimer’s disease), Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
  • Collaborated with physicians and other health professionals involved in the care of patients within the hospital system to ensure continuity of care across specialties and coordinated referrals for additional services when appropriate.
  • Performed executive functions and memory screening as part of the GuidAge study (a 5-year double blind, randomized trial) assessing the effectiveness of EGb 761 ® in the prevention of Alzheimer’s disease in patients of more than 70 years of age presenting with a spontaneous memory complain.
  • Collaborative research in the areas of executive functions, traumatic brain injury, computerized cognitive testing, and cross-cultural neuropsychology.
