“Mohamed EL SAYED FARES is an assistant professor in private law.  His fields of specialty are: intellectual property, copyrights, insurance contract, construction contract, service contract, tort, guarantees of debts, warranties, securities, pledge, gage, mortgage and arbitrage. He obtained his doctorate in copyright law from the University of Montpellier 1 in France. He has published a number of articles and books in Arabic and French at regional and international journals covering various aspects of civil law such as copyrights, contracts, introduction to law, real and personal securities and finally arbitrage. Professor Mohamed was also an associate professor of civil law department of faculty of law at Cairo University in Egypt. In addition, he was an elected member of the Election Observation Committee for university leadership for three consecutive years in Egypt. Finally, Professor Mohamed FARES has participated in a number of regional and international conferences.

Professor Mohamed holds an LLB from Cairo University of Egypt and LLM & Ph.D degrees from Montpellier 1 University of France.”
