I consider teaching to be the most rewarding and satisfying profession; the rewards and satisfaction come from: firstly the transfer of knowledge from the dedicated instructor to the students, and secondly the deeper understanding of topics that the instructor gains after each ‘thought-provoking’ discussion session with his class. I therefore believe that, teaching should be an interactive process and a stimulating experience for maximum return for everybody involved in the process and that should generate the desired satisfaction for all participating parties.
