Karma has published articles in top-tier MIS journals such as MIS Quarterly, Decision Support Systems, Journal of the Association of Information Systems, Information &amp; Management, and Journal of Knowledge Management. She has taught courses on Enterprise Systems, Business Intelligence, Project Management, Programming, Electronic Commerce, Systems Design, and Knowledge Management Systems. Her research focuses on enterprise system controls, the effect of social networking on career success, and the effect of mobile technology on compliance.
