Karim Mimouni is a Professor of Finance at Qatar University. Prof. Mimouni graduated from McGill University with a Ph.D. in Finance in 2007 before joining the American University in Dubai where he taught finance courses at both the undergraduate and MBA levels for seven years. His main teaching interests are in investments, derivatives and corporate finance.
Prof. Mimouni work focuses on the pricing of derivatives and on microfinance. His papers have been published in leading finance Journals including the Review of Financial Studies and presented at major conferences such as the American Finance Association, The European Finance Association, and the Northern Finance Association.
