Hello, and Welcome to my Webpage.

I earned a Ph.D. degree in Geotechnical Engineering from École des Ponts ParisTech University, Paris, France in 2006 and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Solids, Structures and Mechanical Systems) from the same University in 2003.

I joined the Core curriculum Program within the Deanship of General Studies at Qatar University in 2017, where I worked as Assistant Professor with an amazing team.  I have been teaching Seminar 100 course to hundreds of students and participating to several Committees at the Department level and University level.

Prior to joining Qatar University, I was working for 10 Years as Assistant professor at National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT) – Tunis El Manar University, Tunisia, where I was teaching several Civil Engineering courses  to Graduate and Undergraduate Students such as Soil Mechanics, Reinforced Concrete, Retaining Structures and landfill stability, Construction Materials, Typology of structures.

My main Research interest includes Geotechnical engineering, Waste management & sustainable environment. My work was published in reputable international Journals such as Computers and Geotechnics, Journal of Cleaner Production, Environmental Geotechnics, Geotechnical Research, Marine Structure, Marine Pollution Bulletin, Geotechnical Engineering for infrastructure and Development, International Journal of Sediment Research. I was also participating as scientific reviewer  and Editorial board member of International reputable  Journals .
