Prior to that, she worked with different Institutions as Head of Finance and Chief accountant, in which she gained a rich financial and managerial experience over 8 years of experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mrs. Al Hourani received her Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting from the University of Jordan, followed by her Master\u2019s degree in Finance from the same university. Her thesis was entitled \u201cImpact of Microfinance on the lives of the poor in Jordan\u201d.
