I am recognized in the World\u2019s Top 2% Scientists List<\/em> in the Artificial Intelligence<\/strong> category, compiled by researchers from Stanford University<\/strong>. This prestigious ranking is based on a comprehensive bibliometric study that produced a publicly available database of the top 100,000 scientists worldwide. The evaluation considers multiple citation-based indicators, including total citations, h-index, co-authorship-adjusted hm-index, citations across different authorship positions, and a composite impact indicator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wageningen University, Excellence in Research Call<\/em><\/strong> (2018): <\/em>Support for the excellence in research call. I utilized this funding to attend Blockchain training and the London Blockchain conference. (3,85 K \u20ac).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

YKTDM Project<\/em><\/strong> (2009-2010) <\/em>\u2013 National Software Testing and Quality Assessment Center: <\/em>I proposed the establishment of the first National Software Testing and Source Code Quality Assessment Center in Turkey. We secured financial support from the State Planning Organization of Turkey for a duration of two years, with a total fund of 1.5 million USD.[Principle Investigator-PI]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

YAKUT Project<\/em><\/strong> (2009-2010): <\/em>This project received support from the Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) with a funding of $100,000. The research project was titled “Development of Software Fault Prediction Methods with Limited or No-Fault Data.” Our team successfully developed an Eclipse-based plug-in for software fault prediction, created novel models for various challenging prediction problems, and published several articles in reputable journals. [PI]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enterprise Software Development Project <\/em><\/strong>(2009-2010) \u2013 <\/em>Supported by EPDK: The business processes of the National Energy Market Regulatory Authority were designed and implemented using the Activiti engine of the Alfresco software. Additionally, an open-source document management system utilizing the Alfresco content management system was developed, and a portal was implemented using the open-source Liferay software. [Co-PI]<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Involved Projects<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

GENESIS Project<\/em><\/strong> (2002-2004):<\/em> The Turkish Navy Command has recognized the need to modernize the Battle Management Systems currently installed on its fleet of American-built FFG-7 Perry Class frigates. To address this requirement and promote domestic research and development, the Navy Command initiated the GENESIS Project. The objective of this project is to utilize available domestic resources for the development of battle management system hardware and software, system and platform integrations, test and validation, documentation, user training, and product life cycle maintenance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of my contribution to the project, I implemented a map server management unit and a client library for the Map Management System using ACE (Adaptive Communication Environment), QT libraries, and the C++ programming language. Alongside coding and design activities, I also prepared various documentation, including the Software Requirement Specification (SRS), Software Design Description (SDD), Software Test Plan (STP), Software Test Description (STD), and Software Test Report (STR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GOMSIS Project<\/em><\/strong> (2005-2008):<\/em> In this project, I utilized the Java programming language to develop multiple Eclipse plug-ins aimed at streamlining the development process of embedded systems built on the Linux kernel. As a result, an Eclipse product was successfully created upon completion of the project.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
