Biography:

1. Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Sciences since 2009.
2. Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Sciences since 2001-2009.
3. Education Research Expert effective in the Office of Planning and Development Bureau where I did a lot of studies and research in the field of general and higher education, offered guidance and advice on a wide range of topics relevant to University business upon the request of the then QU Administration namely: Prof Abdullah Jum’a Al Qubaisi, Prof Ibrahim Al No’aimi, and Dr Abdullah Al Khlaifi respectively.1998-2000.
4. Researcher in the Office of University Planning and Development Bureau – Qatar University as of 1981-1997.

2. Seminar organized by College of Technology on the occasion of Central Municipal Council elections where I delivered a lecture titled” Role of University Students in Promoting the elections of the Central Municipal Council in Qatar”, October 1998 .
3. Organizing and managing a debate for women volunteers at Qatar Red Crescent Society- Women Branch on: “Qatari Woman: candidacy and voting”, where I presented a research paper titled “Community Factors Affecting Qatar’s Municipal Council Elections”, 21/9/1998.
4. Delivered a lecture in a seminar organized by Dept. of Education Foundations of QU College of Education titled “Globalization and Its Impact on Education”, April 28, 1999.
5. Delivered many lectures in some Girls’ Secondary Schools within the framework of Qatar National Plan for Education, Culture, and Science during the academic year 2000/2001 aiming at increasing female students’ educational, cultural, and scientific awareness at the domestic level under the rubric “Combating Drugs and Their Educational Impact on the People”.
6. Participated and presented a paper titled “Perspective of a Proposed Strategy to Nurture Arab Universities Identity in Light of Current Challenges” in the 36^th meeting of the Council of Arab Universities Association held in Qatar University on 4-6 February 2003.

Participated in the Conference “ Preparing Teachers for the 3^rd Millennium” held and organized by College of Education of UAE University on 21-23 October, 2003 where I presented a paper titled “  College of Education and State-run Schools Partnership in the State of Qatar: An  Analytical Study”.
