Instruction will be given on the&nbsp;four skills&nbsp;of language (reading, speaking, listening, and writing), yet emphasis will be placed on speaking in order to help students to acquire communicative skills for simple interaction with Japanese speakers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color:#2636df\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Japanese 2-JAPN 102<\/strong><\/span> (CEFR-A2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This course is an introduction to the Japanese language and culture, designed for those who have completed absolute beginner&#8217;s level (=Japanese 1) or have equivalent knowledge of the Japanese language. Instruction will be given on the&nbsp;four skills&nbsp;of language (reading, speaking, listening, and writing), although the emphasis will be placed on speaking and listening in order to help students to acquire communicative skills for simple interaction with Japanese speakers, including teachers, exchange students, and business people.
