Aisha AlAhmadi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychological Sciences, College of Education, Qatar University. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of Colorado Denver, USA, and got her PhD in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Positive Psychology from the University of Lincoln, UK in. Dr. AlAhmadi has worked as a counselor in a range of academic and clinical settings including the University of Colorado Denver Students and Community Counseling Center in the US, Rumailah Hospital in Qatar, and QU students Counseling Center. Her Research interests focus on counseling, positive psychology, clinical mental health and wellbeing. She published some papers in highly prestigious international journals collaborating with well- established scholars in UK, US, Australia, and Qatar. Dr. AlAhmadi is an effective member in many committees like the building capacity committee and College of Education strategic committee.  She also serves as the scholarship coordinator in the College of Education.
