2015: Developed the first ever biomimetic tri layered artificial blood vessels on microfluidic chips (paper submitted).
2010: iscovered that the complete suppression of bioaerosol droplets can be achieved by altering the viscoelastic properties of airway fluids. This work helped in discovery and optimization of a new class of drugs aimed at controlling the transmission of airborne epidemic diseases by modifying the viscoelastic response of human airways mucus.
